Refund Policy

Please email sassy@andreayasmin.com.au for an approval for any form
of exchange/credit note or refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Once approved, you will be offered either an exchange, refund, or credit note/gift voucher.

Approved Returns or Exchanges must be posted with tracking and received within 10 days of Approval or will not be accepted.  Once received then the exchange, credit note, or refund will be issued.  Being a small business unfortunately we do not refund shipping charges.

All returned goods must have swing tags still attached, and must not have been worn and must be in the condition they were received in.

Please note that sale items are final sales and cannot be returned for a refund.
