Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends). 

The carrier will be Australia Post with tracking.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of
the expected delivery date.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING  
Please allow an extra 3-4 days for your online order from the date of dispatch due to significant delays in
Australia Post. 
We use Australian Post for all orders within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are sent via Australia Post using International Express Post bags which include tracking.

Duties & Taxes

When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and
clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout
once your delivery address is complete.
Unfortunately, ANDREA YASMIN cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or
other fees which may be enforced upon arrival. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please
contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery dates supplied by ANDREA YASMIN are a best estimate only and ANDREA YASMIN will not be liable
for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
